Use Advanced Search top right hand Corner. You may have to Select the Buyer Option. The Seller Link didn't work last time I tried to use it.

I fear I’m getting some bogus purchases & then asking for a refund so I have to pay charges, as had a very rude seller recently & think it’s them but need the addresses

Contact Ebay and tell them what is happening with your Bogus Buyer. Enter Advanced Search into Help and Contact at the very foot of the Page and Scroll down to the Phone Link for EBay to Call you back. Live Chat should also be available.
