Hi I've got a issue with a seller telling me they have issued me a refund which they haven't what do I do thanks in advance
f you want a refund you go to the resolution centre on the bottom of most pages. You do not contact the seller. You do not return items off your own bat or seek d-i-y means. If you do that and seller does nor repsond then you escalate to eBay after 3 full days. "Some" sellers may just argue and delay things so that you are too late.
What exactly have you done?
