I recently bought some sandals. When they arrived I realised they were counterfeit. I contacted the seller who sent me a returns label. I returned the shoes and waited for the refund to arrive - it never did. Now ebay refuse to help as the return was requested over 30 days ago and the seller is no longer a registered ebay seller. What can I do? I am £39 down.
