I purchased an item which is not as desribed and thus I started a return with picture evidence. However, when I printed off the ebay return label it is stated as up to 2kg and the item weighs 7kg Needless to say the post office refused the return. What is my next port of call to remedy this? Hi, has anyone else had this.     We were recieving customers emails for years and in the last two weeks they have stopped coming through to us at t our listed  email address   They are however showing in mewssages on our account   We have checked our server, white listed all the address and saved them as contacts on our gmail system ?   We laso rand ebay and went through our comunication settings on our account   Still no luck... any ideas anyone   All the best   Charlie   ... I contacted the seller to say my mains heating water pump is not working after only 2 months and all they said was return it to the manufacturer. In UK law it is the seller that is responsible for the replacement or refund, but eBay only give you 30 days to complain! ... View more

Hi all, As it seems impossible to actually speak to ebay via a helpline... I'm reaching out for advise. I've recently purchased an iPhone through eBay, the seller appears to be a new seller, and seems that he cannot see or access funds until I have marked the item as "received" clearly I am not happy marking something as recieved when I have no tracking information.  any idea if there are any other ways to ensure he can get his payment? ... So as a seller what can i do next.  Buyer wanted a refund there was nothing wromg with the outfit was exactly as it shown in the pics but the label on the trouser was not the same as the top ans in my listing i had it as a outfit from the brand the oufit was from which never came to my notice it had a different labek on but was as it is n matched the outfit.  So i refunded and asked for her to send it back now its 3 weeks since i have refunded i have not received my outfit and i have no reply from the buyer.  This policy of return has left me without cover as i havnt received my item and refund is made and i can not find a option to open a case either.  Help please.  ... Hi,   Bit of a strange one, hoping someone can help?   I have recieved a delivery of an item from an eBay selle which I didn't order.   It came with a packing slip quoting eBay order number but since itis not an order placed by me the ordr nmber does not appear in my account order history and there is no sign of any debits on my bank, paypal or apple pay accounts either.   I'm browsing through the eBAy help pages trying to find a way of contacting the seller to try and sort it out but nothing in the help topics listed seems to dela with this situation - any suggestions?  ... I paid for an item on the 14/06/21 and it was supposed to be delivered on the 18/06/21. As it did not arrive I checked its status and see as of today 21/06/21 it has not been posted. I decided to contact the seller just to affirm the item would be posted asap.
