Buyer wanted a refund hasnt a valid reason enough but i refunded and requested the item back.

So as a seller what can i do next. 

Buyer wanted a refund there was nothing wromg with the outfit was exactly as it shown in the pics but the label on the trouser was not the same as the top ans in my listing i had it as a outfit from the brand the oufit was from which never came to my notice it had a different labek on but was as it is n matched the outfit. 

So i refunded and asked for her to send it back now its 3 weeks since i have refunded i have not received my outfit and i have no reply from the buyer. 

This policy of return has left me without cover as i havnt received my item and refund is made and i can not find a option to open a case either. 

Help please.

Sorry i meant was i followed through the process and the payment went through and i have not received my item. I didnt know i had to wait for item to return before the payment would go through ideally i thought the payment woukd be on hold until i receive the goods but thats didnt happen.

What could i do now?

What policy?

The actual policy is - buyer opens a not as described case, seller sends pre-paid returns label, buyer returns item, seller refunds.

No return - no refund.
