Seller of the item I have paid for has left ebay. I have received no item.

I paid for an item on the 14/06/21 and it was supposed to be delivered on the 18/06/21. As it did not arrive I checked its status and see as of today 21/06/21 it has not been posted. I decided to contact the seller just to affirm the item would be posted asap. The seller has gone, is now not a registered ebay member and I cannot contact them in any way, they have simply dissapeared from Ebay with my money. HELP PLEASE.

Select "I haven't received it yet" on here:

and escalate after 3 business days to get a refund.

However often when this happens that is not possible but you can open a case with Paypal if you used them.  So if you paid using Paypal open a "not received" case here:

Escalate it after 2 days and before 20 days.
