I purchased an item which is not as desribed and thus I started a return with picture evidence. However, when I printed off the ebay return label it is stated as up to 2kg and the item weighs 7kg Needless to say the post office refused the return. What is my next port of call to remedy this? I have tried autobot which just goes round in circles. I will probably need to phone them and I do not have their number. TIA
