seller sent small empty bag to me signed for. was not signed for as small enough to put in my letterbox. obvious scam as empty bag and was swimmingpool ordered. paypal dispute open but ebay marked as rec due to tracking. can not report as fraud as ebay closed this side to leave to paypal. how do I report them if cant access and confirm fraud.  ... Hi can someone help I have sold a few things recently and can't access my payments as when I update my bank account it's says that eBay don't recognise the account. I have rang eBay several times and nothing!!!  The last person I spoke to told me I needed to open a new bank account! HI - If selling as an idivual (not business account), dealing in used memorabilia, why does ebay deduct VAT as part of their fees? Hi community,  I had an item delivered that was the wrong item when it arrived. The seller has agreed to send a return label but when I opened it, it was just his return address, no prepaid label. When I disputed it, he refused to pay for Postage.
