Seller refusing to pay for postage

Hi community,

I had an item delivered that was the wrong item when it arrived. The seller has agreed to send a return label but when I opened it, it was just his return address, no prepaid label. When I disputed it, he refused to pay for Postage. Now I can't seem to ask eBay for help because it looks like he has actually created a Return Lable...please help me contact Ebay to get them to step in

Return to your Australian home site > ebay.com.au < to pursue the issue ... this is the UK site.

Did you opena not As Described Case as that is how you get a return label. If you just opened a return Case, then that is it you only get one case.

If you paid by Paypal see if they have an offer to pay for return postage and if so open a Not As Described Case with them.

You should have read the Money Back Guarantee which is on every listing so that you dealt with his correctly in the first place.
