Hi   Basically I bought something and it came like 4 days late. I needed it on that day as it was really important but it came late so I gave the guy a negative feedback. So he told me to revise the feedback and give him positive feedback and he will partially refund me or give me discount if I buy another one. So I gave him postive feedback and then tried to buy another one of them but couldn't as it said that I can't buy from this seller. So is there a way to change my feedback.   Thanks ... View more

Someone sold me a broken printer so I returned it. He has refund me the money but refused to give me the £6.99 return postage cost stating that I should have wanted for his return label and used that even though I couldnt print it out due to having no printer and the courier I used was actually 50p cheeper than his own.  Ebay have closed the case and so have paypal as I did get a refund. Is there anything I can do to make him pay this charge as he is being rather rude as it would seem he knows/thinks there is nothing I can do now?  I know the consumer act 2015 says that I am entitled to have the return postage paid but how when ebay and paypal have closed the case without consulting me?  ...
