I had a failed transaction but the money was deducted from my account yet the seller said that he hasn't received the money and neither has eBay reflected that I have made an payment ....and my money has been taken ........ I've tried contacting the seller with no avail...is there a solution or way to get eBay involved so that I can get my money back
