Seller kind of scammed me

Hi

Basically I bought something and it came like 4 days late.

I needed it on that day as it was really important but it came late so I gave the guy a negative feedback.

So he told me to revise the feedback and give him positive feedback and he will partially refund me or give me discount if I buy another one.

So I gave him postive feedback and then tried to buy another one of them but couldn't as it said that I can't buy from this seller.

So is there a way to change my feedback.

Your title heading is correct....  the seller has scammed you.

Your seller fobbed you off with fake promises to change your feedback,  and now they have blocked your from buying from them.

Try and add a factual follow up feedback scroll bottom of feedback page,  click on the Follow up link there.  Do not mention anything about refunds or cases that would be a  cause for removal.

The date of delivery on the listing is just an estimate and you can not expect it on that particular day unless you paid for special delivery.

If you want something for a special day then you need to order in good time not last minute.

To leave bad feedback for it was unfair if they posted in time as it is then out of their hands

They should have stuck to their word and given the partial

I expect they have put you on their blocked bidders list to stop you from buying from them again

So would many sellers if they have a problem with a buyer

BAd feedback can seriously damage thier account

You have left a follow up feedback and that is all you can do

You cant change the feedback as it is a positive and they can not be changed

There does not seem to be a problem with that seller being a scammer

The seller has ' scammed' them in changing their feedback, with a fake promise of a refund, so yes they have in effect been scammed.

Are you ok? Clearly I said they sent it late. So thats why I gave them negative feedback because if they sent it on time I would have recieved it.

Rah-5336 your seller scammed you,   end of, sending it past the estimated date for delivery ,  and telling you to change your feedback on a false promise, leave that follow up feedback.

No you did not say they sent it late. You said it arrived late and as already said the date of delivery is put on by ebay not the seller and it is an estimate. You have to allow time. You can open a not received dispute one day after the latest estimated day of delivery on the listing.

Well they sent it on monday buy i ordered wednesday the week before and it says dispatched within a day thats why it was late

Redwick please note that the OP is clearly saying the item was late in delivery if they needed it by their special date and the promise of changing feedback we all should know never results in a good result, this OP was clearly scammed by the seller

I agree they should have been given the partial or been allowed to buy another at a lower price. That they did not was wrong.

Which item was it. You left follow up to a seller saying they were a scammer but that sellers feedback is good with no signs of them being a scammer. You have left two other feedback more recently. Are you saying that it is another scammer?. The two more recent are Chinese sellers and I would not have bought of them in the first place reading their feedback. They are noted for making promises and not keeping them. Had you come on here before changing the feedback we would have told you not to as promises of a refund or partial or replacements do not happen

He names lush plates or something sells plate numbers I bought it like a month ago or 2 and he has 100% done this to others you can from his 100% feedback and if you go to his feedbacks

I know it is not what you want to hear but their feedback is good. There is only one slow delivery in 6 months and a total of 4 in one year. You also have to look at their postage terms which says "Will usually dispatch within 4 working days of receiving cleared payment.So although it says Packlink 1 day delivery that is from the day that the seller posts. Compare that with the feedback of your other sellers and you will see. As already said i am not condoning the fact that they did not keep thier word. Did you contact them when you could not buy the second item and ask them to do the partial instead?

Yes they never reply when i bought the item it use to say dispatch within a day.

Thats what i am saying obviously there isnt going to many negative feedback so lets say he gets 50 negative one he promises them false promises then blocks them from buying

I am only responding here to tell you how it works on ebay, it says dispatch within 4 days on the postage so the 1 day is from the day the post it. It is working days so if they posted Monday then they were within the 4 working days. You can also go by the Estimated delivery date on the listing. If you look at your purchase history and the item should say what the estimated day of delivery was. If you look at the sellers items that are on sale now then if you bought today then the estimated day of delivery is the Wed 30th that is with packlink 1 day delivery as yours was. I would be more suspicious of those Chinese sellers and their revised feedback and not the one we are talking about. I cant see anything that points to them doing it on a regular basis.
