Good morning. I've just had a message saying an item has sold to (I'm assuing) someone overseas. In the past i had to then go to the post office to work out the extra cost of sending it, and then message the buyer and add the extra cost onto what they had bid for.  So am i right that ebay now sort all that, and I'm guessing ebay sort out charging them more and I just send it to the specific UK address ebay have sent me, and they sort it all out?  Can a buyer pull out if they've, say, bidded without realising where it was coming from, and then don't want to pay the extra shipping  charges? I recently bought a tool from a seller who has a very short ebay membership...a matter of months. The transaction has not appeared on my purchase history. The tool was flimsy and damaged so I returned it. Ebay emailed to say the vendor had received it but he hasn’t  refunded the money. I have emailed him four times now via Ebay with no response. My issue is also with Ebay as I cannot progress this as the item is not on my purchase list and every route Ebay have to deal with purchase issues leads to a dead end. I notice other people have posted that they have had a similar experience with items not appearing in their purchase history. I hope Ebay monitor this and respond to me. ... View more
