eBay charge me 2 times for one product

I don't understand why eBay charge me twice , I'm buy laptop cost 371 and wake up in the morning and check my bank account there is minus 371 twice ! **bleep**?

We're receiving quite a few questions about being charged twice. I'm wondering if there's some fault in eBay's new managed payments system.

Anyway, you need to start by checking everything to try to find out what happened. Start with your purchase history in My eBay, and check that you didn't accidentally buy two - it does happen! If you only bought one, is there anything in your payment confirmation to state that two payments were taken? If so, you need to contact eBay customer support.

Next, if you paid by PayPal (PLEASE tell us how you paid when asking questions!) log in to your account and check your recent transactions history. This should show how two payments were taken. Again, if only one was recorded but two were taken, you need to contact PayPal customer support.

Basically, you need to try to find out who was responsible for the payment being duplicated, otherwise you're liable to find that eBay and Paypal keep claiming that the other is to blame!
