Good morning. have a problem with a buyer. She bought clothes from me in February and now she wants her money back. And because I am a private seller, I no longer have the receipt from Postoffice. So I don't know the shipping number anymore.
She set up an open case because it was unauthorized payment, but it wasn't. I have your address.

What does that have to do with being a private seller? The rules are the same for all sellers.
PayPal gives buyer up to 180 days - that's six months! - to claim that an item didn't arrive. Or a credit chargeback can be issued even weeks or months after the sale.
It's important for all sellers to keep their postal proofs, to qualify for eBay or PayPal seller protection. It isn't difficult, just keep them in a file or an envelope for at least six months.
Under managed payments to defeat this claim toy are required to prove delivery to the address given to you on the payment notification.
Otherwise you will have to refund all they paid and if you challenge the claim and lose you also pay a fee of c£16.
