Seller refused my return request unfairly

Hi, I requested a return for an item due to a wrong measurement that was given to me by the seller.  The seller has refused my request and closed the return.  Can I ask Ebay to step in, and how?  I've searched, but I can't find a way to do this.  Thanks for any help.

If the seller gave wrong measurements then you opened the wrong dispute

Your problem was not as described.

If you opened a return and the seller has no returns on their listings then they can refuse the return

If it was not as described then they would have had to accept it back and pay the postage and refund in full.

If they refused ebay would have forced them

Once closed you can not open another dispute

If you paid by paypal then try a not as described there

Sign up the paypal  return postage before opening

Thank you for your helpful reply. Since I opened the wrong dispute by mistake, can I appeal to Ebay because the seller's decision was unfair? Would they not take account of the fact that the seller is in the wrong, regardless of whether I opened the wrong dispute?
