Iv placed an order but I think iv been scammed, what do I do now

You can start be explaining what has happened, and why you think you have been scammed.

We can't just guess!

I placed an order on the 19th June, delivery was for the 26th June, now has
been changed to 31st July, when I go on contact seller, item number not
recognised and, have just read others items never arrived
