I Switched it on because I suspected my account had been hacked, but the damn thing is a nightmare and despite approving on my phone each time I get the message it just does nothing - just the donut of death inside the outline of a phone. Hi folks,   I used a different delivery service for two heavier items this week - Hermes instead of the usual Royal Mail.  Big Mistake! One parcel was bashed, opened and the item was damaged; the other was deliver to the wrong address and still was damaged on arrival. I did pay for the postage with insurance.
