Haven’t received payment for multiple items sold

Hi 

getting in contact as have recently sold multiple items, items have been paid for but haven't received any payment in my bank account for them? Nothing pending etc either, says funds were ready for release on the 19th of July 

items have been posted and received but still haven't received my payments all in all around £22 something not a lot but now currently out of pocket as no item and no money

Are you still subject to a hold as a new seller. if so only proof of tracked delivery will get the money released early.

Have you looked at PAYMENTS at the top of the seller hub page as that tells you everything about money received, held and when  it will be paid to bank?
