Nectar points debited but no ebay voucher issued due to system glitch

Has anybody else run into this problem and are they still waiting for ebay to resolve the issue. I've been waiting 8 days so far and nothing has happened and am beginning to wonder if they are serious about fixing it.

I would think this is a Nectar problem not ebay.

How do you know no vouchers have been issued, you would only see them on the Checkout  Page when you go topay for something.

Had an error message from ebay saying unable to issue voucher at the present time and to try again later but in meantime debited my nectar account with 2000 points. Ebay customer service have admitted a system glitch. Nectar say they can do nothing as any point reversal has to come from ebay

Have you tried going through ebay checkout & seeing if voucher is on 1st page.

It was at checkout that I discovered the voucher had not been issued as it was not appearing as an option for payment/part payment.

I have just converted points to voucher & working fine.

Voucher was at checkout, I ticked to use.

So you need to keep on to Nectar/ebay to sort.
