Repeated unpaid item

I have a lovely new perfum set this will be the 3rd or 4th time getting relisted, every time i sell it (diffrent buyers)it dosent get paid is this normal?? thanks in advance and for any replies xx

on day 5 you should cancel the transaction as buyer did not pay - you get your fees back and they get a strike.
