Hi Guys I am fairly new to ''item not received'' process , I have a deadline for the 28th July to resolve the case, the item has been lost in the post and I had re posted back out to the customer , I am sure it will reach the customer before the 28th July but my question is , if the reposted item does not get to the customer by the 28th July does the case automatically get closed in favour of the buyer , I have sent them the new tracking number via ''send message'' in the case details, what's the best way to resolve this without it going against my account please.
