Could you please tell what I can do for this case: I ordered an item and paid for on eBay within few minutes I realised I didn't not intend to do so and its Don by mistake, contacted the seller to ask for cancellation no direct response,  Cancelled on eBay after while my cancellation was declined again contacted the seller no response.  What can I do to to get the payment refunded.  Thank you, your help will be appreciated  ... My customers are having difficulty paying for second chance offers due to a variety of reasons during today and tonight. Addresses are not being recognised so they cannot pay even though they have bought from me before and postage charges are not displaying in their offer. Three customers (all repeat customers) have had problems with second chance offers today but not before. Their time is running out (has run out for one) and the option cannot be sent to them twice. Hi   I'm currently selling a mac computer for collection only. I've just received an offer saying they'd like to buy but they'd also arrange a courier and all I'd have to do is hand the item over to a driver. They said they'd take full responsibility.    It's a good offer above asking price but I have to admit I'm slightly hesitant because I'm not arranging the courier myself and would have no access to whether the item was delivered etc. So I just wondered if anyone has any similar experiences with this? Would the courier give me proof they collected? Would I receive proof of delivery? I have no idea.    Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you! ... View more

Ebay keep adding best offer to my buy it now listings and they have even stopped informing me when they have done it is there anyway i can stop them doing this...i did ring ebay a while ago when they first started doing this but was told i cant stop them doing this and to just refuse the offers if i get sent any..any help would be very appreciated.  Tia Elaine  ...
