Best offers on listings

Ebay keep adding best offer to my buy it now listings and they have even stopped informing me when they have done it is there anyway i can stop them doing this...i did ring ebay a while ago when they first started doing this but was told i cant stop them doing this and to just refuse the offers if i get sent any..any help would be very appreciated.

Do this next time you go to list an item,   after selecting Sell go top right of the page and select the business / advanced listing tool. Ignore that it says it’s for business and high-volume sellers only, it isn’t, it’s for everyone to use, and you will have far more control over your lsitings,  and can deselect that Best offer option,  and it will not appear on that item or its relists.

Use a desktop browser, not a mobile browser, and not the app to manage this.
