Technical issue with second chance offers

My customers are having difficulty paying for second chance offers due to a variety of reasons during today and tonight. Addresses are not being recognised so they cannot pay even though they have bought from me before and postage charges are not displaying in their offer. Three customers (all repeat customers) have had problems with second chance offers today but not before. Their time is running out (has run out for one) and the option cannot be sent to them twice. Please can you help?
