Buyer has decided to cancel sale due to eBay fees

I made an offer on an item and the seller accepted. I paid immediately but the seller has now decided she doesn't want to accept my offer as she feels the fees eBay will take, don't make the sale worthwhile for her. Is this acceptable and can I do anything?

She will be charged the Fees anyway for Cancelling the Sale. She will also have given herself a Damaging Defect. Ebay Sanction Sellers who let Buyers down.

You cant force her to sell but you dont have to agree to the cancellation

Tell her you bought and paid fairly and you expect your item

If she cancels for the wrong reasons then report.

If she has already cancelled then she will be paying the fees and a defec if she chose the wrong reason.
