Sold items which the delivery service damaged in transit

Hi folks,

I used a different delivery service for two heavier items this week - Hermes instead of the usual Royal Mail.

Big Mistake!

One parcel was bashed, opened and the item was damaged; the other was deliver to the wrong address and still was damaged on arrival.

I did pay for the postage with insurance.

Where do I start a claim/ complaint to the delivery company and begin to sort out the refund for my very disapponted buyers?

Buyer/s open NOT AS RECEIVED cases and you refund.

Then you attempt to contact Hermes to see if you really have any cover at all. Their T & C says that they do not carry breakable items, so you will probably find you hava no cover at all despite paying for insurance.
