I Switched it on because I suspected my account had been hacked, but the damn thing is a nightmare and despite approving on my phone each time I get the message it just does nothing - just the donut of death inside the outline of a phone. Is it even possible to switch this stupid thing off, because like so much on eBay it seems broken.
