My seller has no PayPal, and I can't pay with card on eBay as there account won't allow me,  am I still covered if the item is not what it states? Like if it's faulty or worn etc?? ... View more

Hello, I have been using eBay as a private user, selling only a few items per year, for nearly 20 years and sadly  for 3 out of the last 4 sales I have made, the Buyer or auction winner has not paid or communicated at all.  Due to the 4 day wait I have missed the second chance offer and had to re-list from scratch, so losing buyers and wasting time.  Is this becoming a more frequent problem on eBay or am I just becoming unlucky?  It is putting me off using eBay now.   ... My husband is usually invoiced monthly by EBay for his classified ads.  The invoices clearly showed GB VAT which he was able to claim back on his VAT return.  Now he is no longer receiving invoices but a monthly statement which shows a Luxembourg VAT number in the small print at the bottom of the page.  Does anyone know the reason for this change? want to ask what happens if courier says item is  delivered when it clearly has not been  contacted  hermes  was told its delivered  then showed me a map as proof of posting  ?? they left no card did not knock on door as i was in all day saturday  and the item was  small enough to have been posted through  letter  box , o have asked my neighbours  ..nothing  checked around garden nothing  so what to do  for now i shall not be ordering  any items from ebay untill we reach  satifactory  conclusion    guessinng both items were in same packet as they were ordered at same time  £44.00  gone    not a happy  person  ...
