The Bingoshop has given me the address in China and I wish ebay customer care to step in and resolve this urgent matter. The corded telephone arrived damaged completely inside and wobbles and the handset of the UK corded telephone won't plug in with no dial tone. Look forward to the action which will be taken before the 12th of July. I am having absolutely no joy in sorting this problem.  I, after 8-9 times trying managed to successfully appeal wrong information on my seller dashboard.  I had an item which was lost in the post and refunded my buyer but was listed on my seller dashboard as a case closed without resolution AND as a returned item with a defect.  I appealed and, after nearly tearing my hair out in the trying, WON both cases but the wrong information is STILL logged on my seller dashboard.  I've tried unsuccessfully to sort this but they just keep sending me emails telling me to use their new system that just sends you round cycles of blurb.  Has anyone any idea how to get them to do their job right instead of just putting barriers in the way. ... I listed some trainers on eBay and accepted an asking price offer. The buyer then requested I email her directly to confirm the trainers were new and in good condition, which I did (probably a mistake, but I'm new to this). She then replied saying she was buying them for her cousin and would send £10 extra for postage and another £200 for me to buy a 'Steam' card to include in the package, which she wanted me to post direct to her cousin. I thought this sounded suspicious and reported the buyer to eBay. I then blocked the buyer on my email.  My question is what do I do next? I have just had an item go missing in transit. The excellent seller gave me an instant refund with no questions asked but the feedback form asks if the item arrived on time. By answering truthfully that it didn't was at no fault of the seller so why should they be penalised by a question who's implications have not been fully thought out by the Ai entity or otherwise runs this corporation. ... I ordered an item last year. It has stopped working within the statutory guarantee for electrical goods. I have contacted the seller for a replacement, which they agreed to, but now they are prevaricating, and blaming their supplier for not sending one. So I want a refund instead -- I'd rather buy a replacement from a different seller. I have just started selling on eBay I listed 3 items my first item a ps3 I sold for £30 with postage of £5 it sold but then when I sent it the postage was £15 so I sent it but I also had a stereo which I was selling for cheap and had sold but I obveously realised I was selling it for too cheap as I have to pay listing fees and postage so I wouldn't make much on the item so I cancelled it after it sold the buyer never payed yet as it had just sold so I tried to re list it and it said I have a hold on my account how do I get this lifted ?? ...
