freight postage fees

Hi,

My client would like to purchase the item we are selling (fibreglass swimming pool) but it won't allow him. It states :

"The item you selected can't be purchased because the seller has not specified freight postage fees. Contact the seller for help.”  We set  the "heavy and bulky item" for the freight. What's the reason the client cannot purchase? Could I get any advices please?
