Item say delivered but havnt got the item

Hi there I recently brought a alloy wheel buyer and dhl are sayibgviys been delivered I havnt recieved any item I’ve asked my Neighbours they haven’t tecieved nothing dmfir either what’s the best solution as I’ve spoken to the buyer and I’m geyting nowhere with them thank you if anybody could help me please.

You won't get anywhere with the buyer or ebay as if the Courier says delivered then it means the seller has done what he was paid for and ebay can see it was delivered.

Your argument is with DHL and chances are they will not even speak to you and you may need the seller to contact them to provide an explanation, however there is no way to make the seller do this.
