I can't find anything in listings or completed listings, and as seller cannot remove an item, then Ebay has removed it. You don't say what it was.
It is fine thinking that if you bid and win seller will send, BUT there is no way to force this, just as there is no way to force a buyerto pay.
If a seller will not honour a sale then all you can do is leave Negative Feedback and say just that. "Seller would not honour the sale". Keep it brief, the more said the more chance of mentioning something that is not allowed and seller can get it removed.
