I purchased a framed print on eBay in December 2020 which arrived damaged. The seller agreed to find another frame. When she couldn't find one, she agreed to refund me. It is now the end of June 2021 and, despite me contacting the seller for a refund several tiems, I still have not received it.    I've read through an article on how to ask eBay to step in and help but, because the item was purchased so far back, the options in the article are not attached along with my original item. I bought a phone from eBay over a month ago (which is clean not blocked /stolen etc) and decided i could not afford it so i re-listed it with the EMEI to prove it is a genuine sale and not stolen etc. The buyer bought the phone but could not register it as they could not provide a reciept. (he asked me for it and have havbe been completely honest with him. I even asked the eBayer i purchased from for a reciept but with no reply to date) Now hes asked for a refund based on 'Doesn't match description or photos' & 'No proof of purchase from seller.'   I feel that i listed the phone accurately to include the EMEI as advised by Ebay. Ebay did not advise to confrim on listing if you have 'a proof of purchase' .  Of course i can't register the phone either.   Where do i stand on the requeted return from the buyer? I messaged a seller asking for a refund as the item sent did not match what was being described, then are being awkward and in their last message said "put the product back in the envelope in the same condition you received it and write return over the package and drop it at any mail boxes near you for the refund." I would therefore like to open a case with ebay but no longer see the option on that particular item, is there any url I can go to directly? ... View more

I have just sold a Buy It Now item. I had a notification from EBay that the buyer has paid. I have checked my PayPal and bank account and it's not showing up. I know that now EBay were going to change how we receive the payments. Straight into the bank account instead of PayPal. Maybe it just takes a while to show up. But as this is a collection item, buyer has arranged to pick up in a couple of hours and I still have no payment showing. Does anyone know how long it should take? ... View more

Good afternoon. I wondeer if anyone can help me please. I posted a small book to a buyer in St Petersburg on 10 April and have proof of postage. Today it was returned to me (The seller hasn't been in touch to say he hasn't received it). The value was only £5. His Distrct Number, which I wrote on the address label, is 198260 - as on paypal and his purchase details. Alongside it in red ink has been written D198216, and the return label says:  "Non Reclame" and "Refuse par la douane".  This was done before I joined Global Shipping, but I am fairly new to ebay selling, and don't know what to do about this. I bought a bathroom ornament & paid with paypal. The seller emailed after I paid & said that there was a problem where they stored the item so it would come from a partner company. it would be 100% the same as the one I ordered but, if the price on it was dearer I wouldn't be asked for more money & if it was less I would still be charged what I had paid. The item arrived but is not the same,  I emailed the seller & told them, they told me to send it back & when it was received they would refund my money. I have sent a few emails to the seller I have asked them what the address is to send it back & also because I received it free post are they going to pay the cost of returning it.  I said it is not my fault that its not the same as I ordered me & having to pay to return it is unfair.  To this email I have not had a response. I purchased a rose on 20th February 2021 called "Mum in a Million" for my Mum for Mother's Day.  However, it recently had its first flower and it is definitely not the Mum in a Million rose and a completely different colour.  I am unable to contact the seller from my purchase history because I bought it over 90 days ago so found another rose that they are selling and messaged them on 23rd June asking for the correct rose to be sent to my Mum, at no extra charge.  However, this has been ignored and my Mum does not have the rose that I bought her.  Can anyone please help? ...
