Sorry but you don't understand managed Paments at all.
Firstly you appear to be a new seller, so you will be subject to a 21 day hold on money received, which will only be released early if you havetracked proof of deliver, (which you won't have) or the seller provides you with a code so that you can prove collected.
That is why colletion items sold be paid for in cash.
Money paid no longer goes to Paypal, it goes to Managed Payments who in this case will hold until either 21 days is up or you are able to prove collected.
At the top of the seller hub page, look in PAYMENTS, which is where money received is initially visible, and I imagine it should show there as HELD. Once released it will go to your bank, BUT YOU HAVE BEEN PAID.
I opted for weekly payments and money turns up every Tuesday including all money up to the Sunday. Seems to work better and faster than daily transfers which in many cases would be very small amounts. Ebay tells me payment has been made on Tuesday Morning and money arrives an hour or so later. It shows on Bank Account as from Adyen (the company that operates the system for ebay)
