Item ordered is not what I received

I bought a bathroom ornament & paid with paypal. The seller emailed after I paid & said that there was a problem where they stored the item so it would come from a partner company. it would be 100% the same as the one I ordered but, if the price on it was dearer I wouldn't be asked for more money & if it was less I would still be charged what I had paid. The item arrived but is not the same,  I emailed the seller & told them, they told me to send it back & when it was received they would refund my money. I have sent a few emails to the seller I have asked them what the address is to send it back & also because I received it free post are they going to pay the cost of returning it.  I said it is not my fault that its not the same as I ordered me & having to pay to return it is unfair.  To this email I have not had a response. Its a shame I have never had a problem buying on Ebay before.

WHY ever don't you read the Money Back Guarantee top right of every listing and open a NOT AS DESCRIBED CASE You don't have to deal with the seller, you open a case, and deal with problems through the Ebay case. Seller has to provide a Reply Paid TRACKED label. GO FOR a refund NOT a replacement.
