Refund help

I purchased a framed print on eBay in December 2020 which arrived damaged. The seller agreed to find another frame. When she couldn't find one, she agreed to refund me. It is now the end of June 2021 and, despite me contacting the seller for a refund several tiems, I still have not received it. 

I've read through an article on how to ask eBay to step in and help but, because the item was purchased so far back, the options in the article are not attached along with my original item. How else can I get in touch with eBay about this to get a refund? I just want the case resolved now!

The Ebay Money Back Guarantee is for 30 Days, so you are months too late.

You can only ask ebay to step in if the case is opened  within 30 days, and seller does nothing, then you can ask ebay to take over. Seller gets penalised if ebay gets involved, they get a Defect and NO refund of the selling fee.

Never let anything go over the 30 days.
