My husband is usually invoiced monthly by EBay for his classified ads. The invoices clearly showed GB VAT which he was able to claim back on his VAT return. Now he is no longer receiving invoices but a monthly statement which shows a Luxembourg VAT number in the small print at the bottom of the page. Does anyone know the reason for this change? Thank you
