I ordered 2 British Lions shirts and paid for them. I found out the next day that the items had been removed yet my money was taken. I'm trying to speak to someone at ebay but getting no luck actually getting through. Help what do I do.

Hello, can someone help please. I bought a jewl from a seller, the item was not as described, I requested for a refund. The seller says he has refunded me through ebay. I have not receive the funds itis up to 1 month now. Ebay has closed this matter, it says I have been refunded but i have not seen the money. Now I cant contact ebay , either through phone or through email or through the item I bought. I want ebay to signpost me to which account the money was paid into. I have check my account more than ten times , no money. the amount is £194. I am confused I dont know what to do, can someone help please

A number of my items (with same title) are not appearing in search results - only one appears, sorted by price. Is ebay having issues - I notice the option to call has gone today too.

I have sold a numeber of items over the last 24 hours and so far 2 have problems. One buyer offered £50 plus £5 postage for an item which i accepted. When i checked the buyer was able to purchase the item for £41.67 plus £5 postage. I assumed it was a voucher code used but i had not active vouchers. This is not the amount i recieved as this was much less after the managed payment fees but the actual amount the buyer was able to pay. At first i thought it was a glitch but have been able to get any help fomr live chat calls or emails to ebay and have since seen that an auction i sold for £0.99 plus postage of £3.00 the buyer was only charged £0.83 plus £3 postage. They were both international sales belgium and netherlands and i asked the question to ebay if it could be an error with coversion rates but was told no. Any helps or advice would be appreciated as in my 12 years of sleeing on ebay i have nevere encountered this. many thanks

I opened a return for a item granted i purchased 5weeks ago and its stopped working the seller emailed me for me to try something else. (This was a cordless earpiece and a rechargeable unit ). The seller refused the return and ebay closed the return request without any contact with me. Its like ebay and seller dont care they've had the money. There is nothing i can do now this is not great customer service

A parcel i ordered was left on my doorstep of which is unsafe n unsecure. But I'd requested that it be delivered to my neighbour. Received email stating that it would be only for them to not do so and leave on my doorstep which is in a tower block and easy for someone to take. Which is what happened. Contacted ebay who confirmed it was unsecure and I would get refund only for them to turn around and say I'm not entitled. I sent all emails as proof but yet they won't refund

I've been refunded for a return,but I can't find the labels I need to print off or any information about the sellers address. I'm going round in circles. I click on details and there's nowhere to print any labels. The labels were on there the other day. Ebay help just keeps telling me the same things and I'm getting nowhere

My partner has recently tried to open an account with ebay and within an hour the account was suspended for what they discribed as suspicious activity. We cant get an answer as to what the suspicious activity is and the telephone number that we have been given just refers us back to the website. Any ideas as to how we can find a telephone number to be able to talk to someone in authority.
