I can't re link my paypal account to ebay

I've tried to follow the advice on paypal/ebay but but am getting nowhere. Can anyone help me?

Sellers are no longer paid into paypal, you are on MP, so ebay pay into your bank.

Buyers can still pay via paypal.

Thanks so much for this. I seem to have a problem paying for postage labels

I never buy postage on ebay, but other people have asked same as you, never seen a reply.
