Hi there. I bought an item on eBay in March this year. After around 3 weeks the item never arrived and there was no refund after contacting seller quite a few times. I opened a case through ebay and this was closed without my knowledge. I really don't know how to get my money back. The seller keeps making excuses. It's getting quite annoying.
