I accidentally ordered 2 batteries for a shark cleaner, as I thought the first order hadn't gone through. I Immediately canceled one.
Both were delivered and I refused 1 battery on delivery and it was returned.
Shark has refused to refund me. I have contacted them and they still haven't refunded.
Please can anyone help, what should I do now.

what should I do now.
Good question. What makes you think that you can just refuse items on delivery?
All returns on eBay need to be made through the resolution centre. If this was a UK business seller you had a right to return the item. However, for a change of mind return you need to open a return request through the resolution centre, and the cost of return postage was your responsibility. You are required to use a tracked postal service to prove delivery.
You can only hope that if they receive the item back your seller may be willing to refund you, despite the way you handled this.
Buyers cannot just Cancel. You have to send the Seller a Cancellation Request. They can Accept or Decline.
By refusing Delivery of the one Item you have lost your right to use the Ebay Money Back Guarantee where you could have opened a Returns Case. Business Sellers accept Change of Mind Returns within 30 days. Private Sellers can Refuse.
