I have received a return request for an Apple Mac, which I sold in perfectly working condition, the buyer has used it for over a month and has admitted it was working fine. He now said it won't turn on and wants to return it 5 weeks later....
Why should I refund if it was working perfectly all this time?
He could be out of time he has 30 days from Delivery to Open a Case for a Faulty, Item Not As Described Returns Case.
If he is within the 30 days you will have to Accept the Return and generate a Returns Label through the Case. You have 3 Business Days. Then fully Refund once you have the Item back. If you don't you will lose any Credit of your Selling Fees and will receive a Damaging Defect on your Account.
