adding to the advice already given -

If its in relation to the item you did not get paid for, you pay full fees unless its recorded as unpaid against the buyer.

the false positive you left the buyer is serious feedback abuse that can damage your account.

It is very seldom even necessary to contact eBay. EBay's help pages can answer most of the usual questions. If everyone used them first, waiting times for members who really need help could be hugely reduced. Give it a try - just click here, and enter a few words in the search field: https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/home

If you can't find the answer, you've come to eBay's board of community experts, so if you want to explain what the problem is someone here will probably be able to help you - and a lot more quickly than eBay would.

You don't have to you can ask on here for a better and quicker response. There are also the  HELP Pages.
