Paid for an item that has not been received.

Bought & Paid for an item on ebay on 7th May but it has not yet been received. I have tried to contact the Seller on numerous occasions but have had no response.  Any suggestions would be gratefully received.  Many thanks.  Marion

If it's beyond 30 days from the expected delivery, you are too late for ebay to help you.  If you paid through paypal try a paypal claim for item not received.
