Item was removed after I'd paid and my money was taken from my account need to talk to ebay but get

I ordered 2 British Lions shirts and paid for them. I found out the next day that the items had been removed yet my money was taken. I'm trying to speak to someone at ebay but getting no luck actually getting through. Help what do I do.

Probably not allowed to Sell them on here. If they are not in your Purchase History open an Item Not Received Case with PayPal if you Paid that way?  You have 180 days Buyer Protection.

Log in and find Resolve a problem down the left hand side. Add in the Notes that Ebay have Removed the Listing. Escalate the Case after 2 days but before 20 days.

Thank you. Managed to talk to ebay abd they've told me if I've not heard from seller by 8th to contact them again and they will escalate and get me refund.
