Hi, I had two purchases cancelled within two weeks both won with fairly goood price on a topical item. At the first time the seller did communicate it and took the effort to make up a reason. The second time I had to message the seller few days after the payment and ask what's going on. Without any explanation I got a refund the next day. On the top of it I've just seen the item re-listed. Thanks to the member support, I found out how, and reported it to Ebay, however, as much as the customer assistant was really kind, there is no consequence rather than "raising concerns" towards Ebay. At the moment there is no opportunity to leave feedback for cancelled purchases, but since in most cases a winning bid is legally binding (according to the Ebay policy) it should be there, especially if money was transferred. For seller and buyers, both, even if there are reasons when cancellation is understandable, it's just getting too common. If anyone know a link where I can forward the improvement idea, let me know. (of course I mentioned it to the assistant but there was no response to it) Thanks
