Buyers not paying

Is anyone else fed up with multiple buyers now not paying because eBay have changed a couple of things meaning you cannot leave any feedback unless you mark your unpaid item as dispatched (which obviously you wouldn't) .... I'm voicing this because I've had more in the past couple months than I have in my whole years on eBay and it's really annoying me eBay haven't changed this

Sellers can not leave negative feedback for buyers, if you leave negative comments, ebay can remove them & you get told off.

If buyer doesn't pay after 4 days, open unpaid case.

Thanks for the reply but it doesn’t really answer my question , it’s more about leaving reflective accurate feedback as opposed to just negative . It shouldn’t really be allowed to bid win and then simply ignore , it’s a waste of my time
