Buyer could not access the collection code.

My buyer paid on EBay and on arrival to collect could not produce the collection code, I observed when he pressed the link to retrieve the code ( just returned him to the main EBay website). He tried numerous times and searched emails but still no QR or 6 digit code. As he had driven far and paid I handed over the goods and asked him to contact EBay to resend the code and pass onto me.

I have had no reply from the buyer since and was wondering how mark as collected, luckily he messaged me through eBay on arrival to collect.

On the seller hub go to Orders and you can mark as Paid and Dispatched there

The code does not seem to get to many if any buyers
