Hi can someone please help? I tried to sell a car for someone. The car didn't sell. I had free listings now i have owing fees of £20! And they are threatening to suspend my account. Please help don't want to be a seller! 😞

Hi Sold first ever item via GSP. Buyer has not paid. Normally I would click "Send payment details" to serve as a reminder, but you can't do that with GSP. I can send the buyer a message - is that the only option? If they still don't pay how do I proceed? The "report buyer" link leads to "cancel order" which does not give "buyer didn't pay" as an option. It's only been 4 days but keen to understand the procedure. Thank you

Have paid for and received an item, a driver picked it up as it was collection only, but ebay refuses to believe ive received it because a bar code wasnt scanned. Unfortunately i no longer have email with bar code on it. I dont know how to contact ebay to tell them ive received the item and that i do not want a refund. Perhaps someone could advise how i can sort this out.

Hello, I have paid using my credit card at checkout and the amount has been deducted from my card but still the page show's 'pay now' button and product shows unpaid in my purchase history. Please help me resolve this issue. Thanks and Regards, Manoj Bagare

I paid for an item yesterday which the seller later cancelled the order stating something was wrong with the address. I live in the Highlands of Scotland and supplied a valid UK address. There was nothing to say the seller did not deliver to the Highlands and I paid the £10 delivery charge. I feel agrieved that the seller can simply cancel an order and I cannot leave negative feedback or insist that the order be sent. We both entered into a contract and I have fullfilled my part of the bargain, how can I insist that the seller fullfills theirs?

Two items ordered have passed their due delivery dates. I'm skeptical about the items because I can no longer see their images under my purchases. When I tried to track them, royalmail said they don't recognise the number. What could this mean?

My brother had never owned this address and can not get his money back. PayPal and ebay say it's the others fault. It's been 2 months now back and to with still no answer. He had sold things before and after ok. It was during the change with payments via PayPal. Any ideas what we do.
